Includes: - 1-hour onnboarding session - comprehensive audit against the Standards for RTOs 2015 - simulation of the end-to-end audit process, including a 2-hour audit interview via zoom webinar - audit report outlining potential compliance issues and clear guidance how to address each risk - 2-hour risk management and rectification planning with your RTO's own audit team IMPORTANT: *The schedule you are booking on this page is for the onboarding session where we will go through what to expect in an ASQA audit and how we will prepare for it. The dates for the simulation audit, risk management and rectification planning sessions are locked in during the onboarding session. The Audit Scope includes: + Audit of policies, procedures and implementation of end-to-end student experience: - Marketing, - Enrolment, - Support and Progression, - Training and Assessment, and - Completion + Training and Assessment Audit includes: - 1 Training Product (1 Training and Assessment Strategy) - Assessment Tool Validation: 2 units from the audited training product - Post Assessment Validation: completed assessments of 5 students from the 2 units validated - Audit of student records from enrolment to certificate issuance: 5 students (same 5 students) - Trainer Compliance Audit: 2 trainers against the training product audited Audit of additional training products, which includes a review of the Training and Assessment Strategy, two Trainer Profiles, 5 Students' Record (from enrolment to completion), and Validation of one unit, is an additional $600 per training product. **Billed Separately** Clauses excluded from the scope are based on information submitted by the RTO directly to ASQA.
