Validation w/ PD

Have your assessment tools validated and and your trainers attend a VET PD at the same time.
 
Your nominated trainers will be the subject matter experts (SME) to complement the compliance and VET knowledge of our validators who, at the minimum, hold the TAE40116 qualification. Their participation in the validation process, which will also serve as their PD, will help ensure the validation meets the Standard requirements (clause 1.11 of the SRTOs 2015).
 
STEP 1: Our validators will complete the initial VET assessment compliance review against the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence. We will then send the initial findings to you for your trainers/SMEs to review. 
 
STEP 2: Your trainers/SMEs will conduct their own review of the assessment tools, focusing on the initial validation findings and relevance of the assessment tasks to industry requirements and contexts.
 
STEP 3: Schedule a validation meeting with your validator using the online booking on the website. 
 
STEP 4: Your validator will facilitate the validation meeting with your trainers/SMEs to finalise and document the validation findings. The final validation report will be a consolidation of the findings from the VET assessment compliance review and the industry relevance review.
 
STEP 5: You will receive the final validation report and PD certificates for your trainers who participated in the validation meeting.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the initial validation findings will be emailed to you within 5 business days from the upload date. The final validation report and PD certificates will be emailed to you within 5 business days from the validation meeting.
